Meet the Staff

Keith Bader, kbader@siapc.com founder and partner of SIA, holds numerous insurance licenses in both New Jersey and New York. After graduating college, Mr. Bader went to work for a large insurance consulting firm in NY In 1999, Mr. Bader began SIA with his philosophy of achieving 100% client satisfaction. Mr. Bader has and always will be available to his clients as they request.

Adam Lederman, alederman@siapc.com account executive of SIA, holds numerous insurance licenses in both New Jersey and New York. After graduating college, Mr. Lederman went to work for a large financial firm in NYC. After working in Manhattan for 6 years as a financial advisor he joined SIA and is heading up the sales and marketing division of the company. Mr. Lederman has over 13 years of experience handling client needs and promoting positive relationships and customer satisfaction.

Peter Gelman, pgelam@siapc.com executive V.P., holds numerous insurance licenses in New Jersey, New York and Florida.  After graduating from The University of Rhode Island, Mr. Gelman went to work in a 100 year old family business.  After 10+ years he needed a complete change.  Peter started learning the in and outs of the insurance business 11 years ago.  Now he heads up the personal lines department of the company.  Peter believes first and foremost in educating his clients with all the different products that will best suit their needs.  His honesty, integrity and the way he services his clients is the biggest attribute of his personality.  Peter makes you feel like family and promises you will not be disappointed. 

Larry Lynn, llynn@siapc.com executive V.P. is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. With over 20 years combined experience in the real estate and insurance business, his expertise is being able to identify and service all of his clients
needs. His personal values and integrity are very important to him and that will be conveyed in the way the clients are treated and serviced.

Susan Diaz, sdaiz@siapc.com account executive of SIA, has many years of experience serving the customers needs and handling day-to-day operations of SIA. Ms. Diaz always has the clients best interest at heart.

Geodi Bader, CFO of SIA, handles all financial affairs of the company. Mrs. Bader has over 11 years of experience in this line of work.
