Meet the Staff

Keith Bader, kbader@siapc.com founder and President of SIA, holds numerous insurance licenses in both New Jersey and New York. After graduating college, Mr. Bader went to work for a large insurance consulting firm in NY In 1999, Mr. Bader began SIA with his philosophy of achieving 100% client satisfaction. Mr. Bader has and always will be available to his clients as they request.

Adam Lederman, alederman@siapc.com partner at SIA, holds numerous insurance licenses in both New Jersey and New York. After graduating college, Mr. Lederman went to work for a large financial firm in NYC. After working in Manhattan for 6 years as a financial advisor he joined SIA and is heading up the sales and marketing division of the company. Mr. Lederman has over 13 years of experience handling client needs and promoting positive relationships and customer satisfaction.

Peter Gelman, pgelman@siapc.com Executive V.P. Peter holds numerous insurance licenses in both New Jersey and New York. Partnered with SIA to open a division of Mortgage Consulting. As a senior loan advisor, Peter has over 7 years of experience in the mortgage business. Whether its a Mortgage or an Insurance issue, he believes first and foremost in educating his clients with all the different products that best suits their needs. The honestly, integrity and the way he fully services his clients is the biggest attribute of his personality. Peter makes you feel like you are family and he promises you will never be disappointed

Susan Diaz, sdaiz@siapc.com account executive of SIA, has many years of experience serving the customers needs and handling day-to-day operations of SIA. Ms. Diaz always has the clients best interest at heart.

Geodi Bader, CFO of SIA, handles all financial affairs of the company. Mrs. Bader has over 11 years of experience in this line of work.

Allan Bader, Risk Manager of SIA, has over 30 years of experience handling risk management for large corporations around the country. Mr. Bader has many insurance distinctions (ex. CPCU,ARM,CEI) and is available to SIA clients 24 hours a day seven day a week.
